Emma + Scott’s Dewsall Court Wedding with an outdoor wedding ceremony was held over the weekend in Herefordshire.

After demolishing a Maccy D’s breakfast we headed across to Dewsall where we were greeted by Scott and his family and were taken on a tour around the grounds.  Now, if you have never been to Dewsall Court (or photographers that haven’t yet had the privilege to shoot there) it is a wedding bucket-list dream!  The gardens are beautiful, you can have an outdoors wedding ceremony, there is a beautifully styled and spacious house for your wedding prep and the barn where you eat your wedding breakfast is so rustic and romantic!  Pair this with one hell of a gorgeous couple and in some wicked sunshine and you have Emma + Scott’s amazing Dewsall Court Wedding.

Fun, Fizz and Laughter

In the morning everyone got ready in the house.  It was brimming with excitement, fizz and laughter from the moment we arrived.  While Emma + the girls were getting ready, Scott went to the outdoors wedding ceremony area to greet all the guests to the wonderfully canopied wedding seating area.
As the ceremony commenced Emma emerged from the house linked arm in arm with her dad onto the lawn where all the guests jaws dropped at how stunning she looked in her La Sposa wedding dress,  including Scott who was as excited as he could be!

Outdoor Wedding Ceremony

The ceremony was conducted perfectly by their lovely friend Nick.  E+S had also written their own vows and promises which they read to each other surrounded by all their loved ones.  Once the ceremony was finished E+S were showered in confetti and everyone went onto the gardens to enjoy drinks and canapés.

The wedding breakfast took place only a short walk across from the house in the gorgeous barn.  It was styled beautifully and covered in flowers and cute little hand written details all done by Emma herself.  Everyone enjoyed their G+T favours while the speeches commenced.

Golden Hour

As the speeches concluded we noticed that the sun was coming down to what us photographers call ‘golden hour’.  Now, this for us this is absolutely the BEST time to have your pictures taken.  If we or any photographer mentions having pictures taken at golden hour, DO IT!  We have included some of the golden hour images in this set and they are our absolute favourites from this wedding.  E+S had no hesitations of leaving the wedding celebrations for a short time to just hang out, chat and have a bit of fun.

We went back to the barn just as the sun was setting so E+S could have their first dance and throw some shapes on the dancefloor!  They certainly partied! (We won’t mention the A-board wipe out or the crazy sparklers – Although this made us all laugh so much!)
